Over the course of a 37+ year career, culminating in an executive position leading more than 700 employees, I've learned a lot about good, and not-so-good, leaders because I've been both!

I am passionate about personal growth because I know that it unlocks the key to being a great leader, at home and in the workplace.

I have helped others to become great leaders and my goal is to help, and challenge you, to be the best leader you can be.
